A way to handle Kenmore basket warranty problems.

Thank you for your excellent service and for what I never bargained, your expert advise. You gave me the right tools to handle the corporation and the right parts for the washer. With some persistence and Sears did live up to their word and warrantied the drum plus shipped it to my home, at no cost. They did have to send a Tech out to verify the item. What I did learn is if the Tech orders the parts, then you get charged for the service call. If the Tech calls into their manager and they order it, there's no service charge. The part is delivered to your home and you just have to cancel the service call to install it. Thanks again!!
