Hi, I have an update on trying to get warranty coverage for my SS drum.

I ran into roadblock after roadblock trying to get warranty coverage for the SS drum. It seems the only way to get coverage was to pay for service call so I reluctantly set up appointment. The A&E/Sears technician could not have been more helpful. Instead of service call at $79.00 with no parts assistance she offered a "PM check" at $85.00. The PM check allowed her to order the drum under warranty. It will be dropped shipped and I can install. The technician was very helpful, offering advice, assembly grease and the O ring for the housing free of charge. She even left a local contact number that I can use if I get stuck during assembly. WOW!!!! she restored my faith in the Sears product line.
